Yoga

  • Ideal for newcomers or those returning to their practice. Focus on foundational poses, gentle stretches, and breathing techniques in a supportive atmosphere.

  • For those ready to deepen their practice. Combines flowing sequences and moderate challenges to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • A dynamic class for experienced yogis. Explore complex poses, advanced techniques, and invigorating flows in a motivating environment.

  • A heartwarming class for new moms and their little ones. Strengthen your body, bond with your baby, and connect with other moms in a supportive and nurturing environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Kid’s Classes

  • A fun and engaging class for children aged 6 and up. Kids will learn foundational art techniques while exploring their creativity through various projects. Perfect for nurturing imagination and building confidence in a supportive environment.

  • An energetic and imaginative class for children to explore movement and self-expression. Through fun activities and simple choreography, kids build coordination, confidence, and a love for dance in a supportive and playful environment.

Adult Art Classes

  • Discover your creative side in hands-on workshops exploring various mediums like painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Perfect for beginners and seasoned artists alike, these sessions inspire creativity and self-expression in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

  • Develop your artistic skills with guided life drawing sessions. Practice capturing the human form through observation, focusing on proportions, anatomy, and expression. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced artists.

Meet the Team

  • BREATHWORK & REIKI FACILITATOR

    Ally is a Master of Mental Health and Psychotherapy graduate, a Certified Breathwork Coach, and a Level I Reiki Facilitator. With advanced education and specialized certifications undertaken from around the globe, Ally is uniquely qualified to offer a blend of conventional psychotherapy with transformational spiritual practices.

  • YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Kate Potter is an internationally acclaimed teacher whose Yoga television show, NAMASTE has been seen worldwide, and translated into Spanish for her following in Mexico and Latin America. Her fondness for teaching beginners, her love of practice, and choreographic insistence on the breath, tie in well with her knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy.

  • YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Ginny moved to Vancouver from London in 2022. She shares a deep love and connection to nature and feels most at home by the ocean or in the mountains. Ginny welcomed her first baby in September 2024 and will be offering Mommy & Me classes that are grounding, intentional and breath-centred, inviting embodied movement and playful exploration with babies up to crawling age.

  • YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Jen teaches students of all ages and abilities offering frequent alignment cues, breath reminders and options in poses. Her goal is to help students work with their unique anatomy to use yoga as a tool to improve their health and well-being.
